Post-Treatment Instructions
Congratulations on taking the next step in your wellness journey. Even if you haven’t noticed anything, the benefits of your treatment have already begun. In fact, your brain is creating new neural pathways for several hours after the treatment.
Please carefully read the following instructions concerning the post-treatment rules and guidelines for your experience to be successful.
After the treatment, you may experience some side effects including:

- Nausea
- Fatigue
- Vomiting
- Loss of appetite

- Bad dreams
- Anxiety
- Itching
- Change in motor skills

If you experience any of these symptoms, please document them including type, duration, severity, and alleviating factors. This is important for future analysis and treatment modifications.
- Sometimes ketamine treatments can leave you feeling quite fatigued, depending on dose. This is normal. For the remainder of the day, relax, take it easy, and don’t do anything strenuous. This is a good time for reflection and integrating your experience. You may consider some journaling activities if you feel up to it.
- On the day of treatment, please do not drive or operate any heavy machinery, consume any alcohol, make any financial, business, or other decisions requiring your signature, or engage in activities requiring motor skills as ketamine may affect your mentation, memory, and motor skills. By doing any of these activities, you are going against medical advice and will be solely responsible for any accidents or problems that may arise by your actions.
Please call 911 for any life-threatening symptoms you may experience after the treatment, including thoughts of suicide.
